Apple claims the hardware, user interface and even packaging of the Galaxy are clear violations of Apple's patented designs.  The funny part is that Samsung is Apple's second largest supplier of parts for it's iPhone and iPad products and Samsung receives 7.6 percent of its revenue from the sale of Apple products.
