The top line and the bottom line obviously matter-- thats what keeps a firm in existence; however, what about the personnel?  At our firm we belive that Monetary Value can create Morale Value so we place a huge emphasis on making and keeping our employees happy.  I work in HR, a non-revenue generating department, and my daily goal is to make sure that everyone has what they need, their voice is heard to the higher-ups and our great employees know that they are great on a daily basis.
